SCARLETT
Alluring, feminine, and proudly over-the-top, this headpiece is named for Scarlett O'Hara herself. We could see her wearing it with as much panache as the flashy emerald hat gifted by Rhett Butler when she "mourned" her first husband, her infamous red dress, and most of all her yet-more-infamous curtain dress. A sky silk pillbox carries an extravagant stem of dark plum orchids, in a dramatic curve well above the wearer's head down to her shoulder, subtly shading the face in the process, an effect furthered by a voluminous plum veil.
